- Promote cultural changes from awareness, dissemination and training actions related with human rights of women, other gender identities and different sex collectives. - Foster and facilitate a fluid relationship between knowledge and actions at the university and governmental organizations at three levels: non-governmental organizations, international organizations and civil society organizations, to be able to transform inequalities. - Represent the university and coordinate efforts both with non-governmental organizations and federal, provincial and municipal government organizations in the implementation of positive actions for women, other gender identities and several sex collectives. - Carry out assessments of inequalities found by women and identify longitudinal trends in different areas based on measurement designs, information surveys and gender-focused analysis. - Promote from the university policies encouraging organization to build and impact on government policies to guarantee the rights of women, other gender identities and different sex collectives. - Guarantee and protect the academic participation of women, other gender identities and different sex collectives, both inside and outside the university. - Develop proper and effective forms of institutional intervention in different forms of violence (physical, psychological, sexual, economic, property, symbolic and other forms of violence). - Train the members of UNSO community in gender fields within the framework of Argentine Micaela Law. - Propose a joint work of different academic programs of Universidad Nacional de San Isidro – Raúl Scalabrini Ortiz to mainstream and incorporate gender perspective at the different levels of its programs.
- Promote artistic and cultural actions to create awareness and denaturalize the different forms of violence through lectures and actions on key dates to remember vindication of gender human rights, to wit: March 8 – International Women’s Day, May 28 – International Day of Action for Women’s Health, June 28 – International LGBT Pride Day, October 2 – International Day of Non-Violence, October 11 – International day of the Girl Child, November 25 – International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, December 10 – Human Rights Day. - Promote the creation of spaces for discussion of intervention theories and strategies developed from different non-governmental and governmental areas at the three levels in connection with women’s rights, other gender identities and different sex collectives. - Build an area for awareness and training in gender perspective and violence issues, oriented to professionals working with such issues. - Encourage initiatives and strategies to promote and guarantee access by women, other gender identities and different sex collectives to fundamental rights, especially health rights and sex and reproduction rights, among others. - Provide for and foster the creation of contents to have impact on training of health, professionals, teachers and other professionals in the application of laws and programs related with health, sexual and reproduction rights. - Create education materials, awareness and dissemination materials on human rights, gender, diversity, health and violence perspectives. - Work for institutional strengthening through the creation of a Pro Bono Counseling Board formed by professional of different areas to support the management and continuation of the program. - Coordinate several programs, communication and specific actions with the Academic Secretariat and/or the Extensive, Welfare and Institutional Relations Secretariat to raise awareness about identities, gender, comprehensive sexuality education and equal rights. - Promote interchanges with foreign universities and academic networks and national and international research networks, in order to transmit experiences and advanced learnings about the subject. - Carry out an annual interchange and joint work meeting with the different courses, seminars and training spaces in connection with the inclusion of gender perspective, in order to foster, reinforce and strengthen awareness of the subject by the community.
